Connecting with our Intake office is your first step in accessing counselling services. The intake office will complete an application process with you. The application explores issues that have led you to seek counselling at this time and assesses your financial ability to receive subsidized counselling if you are unable to pay our full fee. This process may be completed, either by phone or in-person, through appointment only.
Your investment

Our counselling service fees are assessed on a sliding scale. The fees are assessed at the time of Intake and are based on a 60 minute session. All payments are due at the end of session.

Individuals with a primary concern of addictions, currently incarcerated as well as individuals/couples/families with a primary concern of parenting skill development not related to abuse issues will be referred to other community services unless they are under an E.A.P. third party contract.

Individuals identifying their presenting problem as mental health will be referred to Community Mental Health Services. The Intake office will also connect you with appropriate services in the community.​
