Counselling, Outreach and Education

Service Philosophy

Our Counselling, Outreach and Education Department embodies a philosophy which is strength-based, goal-focused, process oriented, and trauma informed. Through our dedication to evidence based practice and our shared passion for supporting those in need, our team fosters a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals of all walks of life to explore and discover their possibilities for growth and change.

We assist clients in discovering and building on skills and strengths to address their needs. Clients are invited to establish goals that will facilitate empowerment and well-being. Through a trauma informed lens, personnel support clients through the integration of wounded parts. This allows clients to access internal resources and maximize their full potential for healthy living.
