LFS Home Services helps people live safely and comfortably at home, with care that respects their dignity, independence, and choices.
Serving Lethbridge and surrounding rural communities, we provide personal care, respite, and palliative care, delivered with compassion and respect for each person’s dignity. Our team of Health Care Aides, Licensed Practical Nurses, and dedicated scheduling and administrative support staff work together to deliver safe, quality care.
We support clients with daily living, offer relief to family caregivers, and help people remain connected to the familiar routines and communities they call home.

LFS Home Services provides home care in more than 25 communities in the Southwestern Alberta region.
Client Eligibilty
Residents in Alberta can receive home care services as long as their healthcare needs can be safely met in the home, and services have been approved by Alberta Health Services.
