In a group setting, we offer a confidential and safe environment for education and personal expression that can include various topics such as: personal empowerment, self-care and resiliency, grief and loss, anger awareness, health relationships, responding to stress, feelings awareness and self-worth. Personal Growth Groups provide an opportunity for participants to connect and share with other group members to increase knowledge and support on a specified topic.

Because We Care: Responding to the impact of Compassion Fatigue  
A personal growth group for professionals who want to learn more about compassion fatigue and explore how to lessen the impact of it on their lives.

Loving Yourself?             
A personal growth group for women focusing on honouring their self worth through love, compassion and kindness to one's self. This group runs multiple times a year.
