Therapeutic group counselling unites clients who identify as having experienced similar feelings, struggles, or situations. Group counselling is facilitated by two trained counsellors who promote the exploration of this shared experience while respecting the diversity of the group members. Within this supportive environment, clients are able to learn about themselves through their own personal process and by collaborating with others.
