Individual Counselling

Individual counselling is an informed and intentional therapeutic relationship between a counsellor and a client, personalized to meet the goals of the client.  This counselling approach utilizes various modes of self-exploration, expression, and interventions to inspire and support the client to transform life’s struggle in a meaningful and sustainable way.

Working with Our Community
