Help Our Clients Compete, Connect, and Shine at Cardston’s Battle of the Agencies

The 3rd Annual Battle of the Agencies, hosted by Cardston Support Services, will be held in Cardston in June 2026. This unique event brings together adults with disabilities from across the region for a day of inclusive, low-barrier games that prioritize fun, teamwork, and community connection.

We are raising funds to support 20 participants and 5 support staff from Lethbridge Family Services to attend. The day begins with opening announcements at 9:30 am, followed by games starting at 10:00 am, and wraps up by 2:30 pm. Our group will depart at 8:00 am and return around 3:30 pm.

For many of our clients, opportunities like this are rare. Events such as the Battle of the Agencies create confidence, social inclusion, and a sense of belonging, experiences that have a lasting impact beyond a single day.

We are seeking to raise $2,500 to make this experience fully accessible and barrier-free.

Where Are Your Donations Going?

Your support directly covers the real costs of participation:

  • Registration Fees: $500
    (20 participants × $25; includes event access, lunch, and event materials such as badges and t-shirts)

  • Transportation: $1,200
    (Chartered bus to and from Cardston to ensure safe, accessible travel for all participants)

  • Snacks: $300
    (Morning and afternoon refreshments for participants and support staff, supplementing the provided lunch)

  • Participant Experience: $500
    (Branded drawstring backpacks for all participants and support staff, creating a sense of team identity and a lasting memento)
