Paula Palmarchuk (she/her), MEd, RPT, CPT

Paula has been dedicated to collaborating with children, youth, and families in the area of counselling and mental health for over 25 years in a variety of private and public settings and roles. She received her Master of Education from the University of Alberta in 2002 and has been registered as a psychologist since 2008.

Paula has a passion for integrating creative interventions into her counselling approach. She believes in the capacity for growth and change within all individuals and the importance of empowerment, building on internal strengths and resources and working with the entire family system. She has completed training in the areas of Theraplay®, play therapy, sand tray, expressive arts, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, along with other complementary therapies.

After hours, you can find her spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and doting on her mischievous Berner.
