Chantelle completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2023. Chantelle has experience working with individuals with presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, domestic violence, trauma, separation and divorce, grief, and loss. Chantelle practices from a person-centred, strength-based approach with the perspective that clients are the experts in their own lives. Chantelle uses several therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy, and EMDR. She utilizes the Foundations of Play Therapy strategies with children. Chantelle enjoys spending time with family and reading in her spare time.
