Lethbridge Family Services acknowledges the traditional lands and territories of the Niitsítapi, translated to The Real People (Kainai, Piikani, Amskapi Piikani, and Siksika), who have lived on these lands and cared for them since time immemorial. We appreciate the rich cultural heritage and ancestral legacy of the Niitsítapi as land keepers and storytellers.

Lethbridge Family Services is honoured to receive the Blackfoot name misomsooksipatapiisinni, (Me-sum-suuugsee-bat-a-beee-sin-knee), which means "a long and good life," a gift that reminds us of our shared responsibility to walk with respect, humility, and care on this land.
