The Community Connections Volunteer Program (CCVP) connects newcomers with the community through networking and other activities that support cross-cultural awareness and informal language learning.
By matching singles or families with volunteers, newcomers receive welcome support during initial adjustment to their new life in Canada.
Opportunities are open for newcomers as well as new volunteers.
All services can be accessed at the Immigrant Services office at 1107 2nd Avenue North, Lethbridge. Some program activities may take place at other facilities/partner organizations.
