The focus of this service is to provide educational information, discussion and non-judgmental listening to fostering a reconnection to your own insight and resilience.  
 
Personal growth groups are tailored to the needs of the participants, therefore the length of the group and session can vary. Typically, personal growth groups are 4 to 6 sessions in length, with each group session 1 to 2 hours in duration. Personal growth groups may be offered in the daytime and evening, and are available in person and online.

The Mindful Self

This group will supports individuals in learning more about their emotions and their self-talk. Participants will also learn about tools that can support them in developing a greater self awareness and self compassion.

H.E.A.R.T.

Gender is a socially constructed concept. H.E.A.R.T. supports participants in having conversations that promote the de-construction of gender roles and their influence on our lives.

Because We Care

This personal growth group is designed for professionals who want to learn more about compassion fatigue and explore how to lessen the impact of it on their lives.

Learning to Live with Loss

The focus of this group is to educate and foster discussion s surrounding grief and loss, while strengthening coping strategies.

New Direction

The ups and downs of this past year have been difficult.  This personal growth group will support you in learning about coping with stress, understanding anxiety and more.

Man Up!

This workshop is designed for men who want to challenge and de-construct the messages of masculinity through open dialogue and education.

Living With Suicide Loss

The focus of this group is to educate and foster discussion surrounding grief and loss and the unique experience of suicide survivors, while strengthening coping strategies.
We also create custom groups based on your needs.
