Counselling Resource and Education Workshops

The intent of CREW is to offer support to those who have completed an intake for our counselling program prior to attending counselling. This program consists a series of 12 topics, each topic covering a specific counselling-related issue that will support your well-being. CREW is delivered in two forms: group presentations or individual education.

How It Helps

The Counselling Resource Education Workshop series was developed as part of the continuum of service offered to those seeking counselling. After completing their initial intake, clients are encouraged to attend CREW as a way to gain foundational information on topics related to the counselling process, develop some skills, and maintain the momentum they have built early in their journey.

Presentations

Individual Education

There is an opportunity, if needed, for participants to access the C.R.E.W. information on a one-on-one basis. You will meet with an Outreach and Education Facilitator during a time that works with your schedule.
