Counselling Resource and Education Workshops

The intent of C.R.E.W. is to offer support to those who have completed an intake for our counselling program prior to attending counselling. This program consists a series of 12 topics, each topic covering a specific counselling related issue that will support your well-being. C.R.E.W. is delivered through two modalities- group presentations or individual education.

How It Helps

The Counselling Resource Education Workshop series was developed as part of the continuum of service offered to those seeking counselling. After completing their initial Counselling Intake, Clients are encouraged to attend C.R.E.W. as a way to gain foundational information on topics related to the counselling process, develop some skills and maintain the momentum they have built early in their journey.

Workshop Topics:

Presentations

Individual Education

There is an opportunity, if needed, for participants to access the C.R.E.W. information on a one-on-one basis. You will meet with an Outreach and Education Facilitator during a time and pace that works for your schedule. Individual Education is currently being held on-line.

Available to:

Once you complete counselling intake, your email will be added to our C.R.E.W. email list. Each week, those on the list will receive an email with the link to attend that week’s online presentation.

Financial Investment:

There is no cost for this service.
Counselling services are subsidized so fees will be discussed at the time of Intake. No person will be denied services based on financial hardship.
