It is with distinct pleasure that we announce the appointment of Lori Sanford to the position of Director, Home Services at Lethbridge Family Services.

Lori will be taking the reins from the retiring Tracey Hanson. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Tracey for her nine years of service to our organization. Tracey has absolutely loved leading Home Services and can be credited with many advancements and developments in the department over her nine years. She has been a passionate leader who has put her heart and soul into Home Services.

Lori Sanford brings a wealth of senior leadership experience to Home Services and LFS, including over 20 years of experience with The Good Samaritan Society and Green Acres Foundation, in a variety of Community Healthcare settings. First and foremost, Lori is a positive, warm, and caring leader who is firmly anchored in our values of respect, integrity, and compassion. She has an engaging, professional leadership style, and has awareness of both the fine details of the services we offer and a broad perspective of the complexities of strategic business development. Lori is passionate about exceptional service and impeccable community reputation. She is credited with leading the achievement of “above-average and top-five in the Province” special recognition for exceptional service from the Health Quality Council of Alberta. One of Lori’s greatest passions and areas of strength is in employee relations and the nurturing of healthy, positive teams that are empowered to reach their highest potential.
