Mindful Leadership: Developing the Mindset to Thrive, No Matter What

When faced with difficulty - what's the difference between people who succeed, and those that struggle? How do we position ourselves better to not only survive - but THRIVE?

Our world is, and has always been uncertain and chaotic - whatever challenge you find yourself in now, it's not the first and it won't be the last. We can choose to let the challenges of life consume us, or make us stronger.

Mindfulness teaches us that we have a reserve of happiness and resilience within, we just need to tap into it. It teaches us how to find a true sense of contentment, in this moment - not when things calm down, or when this is all over.

In this experiential session, Trish will teach mindfulness techniques to develop the mindset to thrive, no matter what life throws us.
