Immigrant Services, a department of the not-for-profit organization Lethbridge Family Services, is devoted to helping recently immigrated newcomers settle into the community.

Youth Achievement Award - Recognize immigrant students age 14-21 who have shown outstanding commitment to the community in one or more of the following areas:  Sports, Community and Volunteer Activity, Academics, Leadership.

Arts and Culture Award - Recognizes significant contributions by an immigrant in a creative endeavor within one of the following areas that demonstrates an appreciation for cultural awareness:  Media or Technological Arts, Performing Art, Visual Arts , Literary Arts

Community Service Award - Recognizes immigrants (individuals or groups) that have demonstrated through specific acts commitment to giving back to the community within which they are a part of, either through voluntary or professional services.

Business Award - Recognizes immigrants who have achieved significant success in the creation of or operation of a business venture within the community.

Distinguished Professional Award - Recognizes an immigrant who has achieved success in a chosen career.

Workplace Diversity Award - Recognizes a business, government or not for profit organization that has demonstrated outstanding achievement in implementing diversity initiatives in the workplace or has made significant contributions in serving ethnically diverse client groups.

Sports - Recognizes an immigrant who has made a significant contribution to the development/sustainability of sports programs; caused increased participation from community members or encouraged athletic achievement.
